These Terms govern your use of the AIVA mobile app. By creating an account or using AIVA, you agree to
them.
1. Acceptance of terms
AIVA is developed and operated by Yassin Ahmed, an independent developer ("we," "us," "our"). By
downloading, creating an account on, or otherwise using AIVA (the "App"), you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. What AIVA is (and isn't)
AIVA is a personal finance tracking app that helps you log transactions, set budgets, track savings
goals, and manage bills — using information you enter yourself.
AIVA is not a bank, a money transmitter, or a financial institution. It does not
hold, move, or have access to your actual money, and it does not connect to your bank or card
accounts. Any totals, insights, or suggestions shown in the App are for informational purposes
only and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use
this kind of service) to create an AIVA account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet
this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away at
the email below.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from
Settings → Delete Account inside the App.
5. Acceptable use
When using AIVA, you agree not to:
Use the App for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AIVA's systems, other users' accounts, or data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation, including automated abuse of its infrastructure.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
6. Your data and content
The financial data, photos, and other content you enter into AIVA remain yours. We don't claim
ownership over it. By using the App, you give us the limited permission needed to store, process,
and display that content back to you, solely to provide the App's features — see our
Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and how it's handled.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. AIVA has no way of independently
verifying figures you type in yourself.
7. Disclaimers
AIVA is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight, category suggestion, or figure it shows will
be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVA and its developer will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue,
arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using AIVA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to
the App for any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior toward our
infrastructure, or where required by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as AIVA evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last
updated" date above, and where appropriate, notify you inside the App. Continuing to use AIVA after
a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of

conflict-of-law principles.
